When will my order ship?

In-stock items are packed as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking details as soon as your shipment is ready, and delivery timing depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, carrier service, package size, package weight, and the items in your cart.

Can I pick up my order in Dillon?

If store pickup is available for your order, you can select it at checkout. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before coming in, then bring your confirmation and ID.

Do oversized items need special shipping?

Some saddles, tools, and larger gear may require special handling. If an item needs an adjusted shipping method, we will contact you before fulfillment.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Can I exchange for another size?

Can worn boots or apparel be returned?

Worn or used items usually cannot be returned unless there is a verified issue. Try boots on indoors and keep tags attached until you are sure about the fit.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Send us your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue as soon as possible. We will review it and help with the next step.

How do I choose the right boot size?

Start with your usual size, then check the product notes for brand-specific fit guidance. Western boots, work boots, toe shapes, and leather types can all fit differently.

Will leather boots stretch?

Leather often relaxes with wear, but boots should not feel painfully tight. Some heel slip can be normal in new western boots and usually improves as the outsole starts to flex.

How should I care for leather boots and gear?

Brush off dirt, wipe with a slightly damp cloth, let leather dry naturally, and use a conditioner or protector made for that material. Avoid soaking leather or drying it with direct heat.

Will natural materials vary?

Yes. Leather, hide, straw, felt, and handmade details can have slight color, grain, texture, or finish differences. Those variations are part of the material.
