Nutted Calf Ladies 16" Buckaroo Boot with Burgundy Top and Windy Seahorse Vamp

These Nutted Calf boots are quality, authentic traditional boots. They are constructed from all premium cowhide- including exterior materials, liners, soles and piping. They feature a traditional leather holdfast in the innersole, then sewn to leather welting and the leather outsole. They have a hard rubber toplift 3/4 of the length of the outside of the outsole for longevity and wear resistance. They have a sole leather counter structure for stiffness and durability when wearing spurs. The points sewn down at the juncture between the vamp and the shaft.

Like many good purpose-built riding boots, the shafts on these boots are narrow and fit the calf of the leg snugly. If your calf circumference is greater than 13.5" at the largest part, then these boots will be uncomfortably tight in the calf. We can stretch out the tops a bit if you are close- between 1/4" and 1/2" of circumference- this will require you to call the store. (We measured a sample calf at about 13" off the floor at the widest part, but of course this will vary among people).
